Our Strategic Plan

• CONSISTENT TEAM PLAYERS:   The League allows for the development and growth of a team beginning with a 4 v 4 format and prepare for a larger team format.

• NO PLAYER CARDS:   The League is not governed by the ISA, thereby allowing entry to players or teams currently not members of the Iowa Soccer Association.

• TRANSITIONAL LEAGUE ENVIRONMENT:   The League will allow for the migration of teams from a recreational program into a fully competitive environment.

• PRICING:   The League will provide a safe environment and competitive matches at a reasonable cost.

• LOCATION:   The League will strive to maintain a location that is within a reasonable distance to it's primary market.

• LEADERSHIP, TRAINING, AND EMPLOYMENT:   The League will provide a source of employment for our local youth. As a result, they will gain valuable experience to help groom them into proficient referees.
